    I wish my partner and I were in more agreement on which battles we choose to engage in with our 2 year old. I just read the Janet Lansbury book about toddler discipline and feel a bit more at peace about his crying, but it’s hard in the moment, especially when whatever’s upsetting him feels fixable.

      It’s definitely hard. My husband and I have dated since childhood, and parenting is still the most challenging thing we’ve ever done together.
