Jennifer is a voracious reader, obsessive writer, passionate yoga instructor and drinker of hoppy ales. She's also a devoted mama and wife (a stay-at-home yogi). She considers herself to be one of the funniest people that ever lived.   1. I have been doing yoga for many years but stopped several months ago due to family issues, etc.. but nothing that actually should have hindered me from continuing yoga. Your post is the kick to my booty to get back into it since I do enjoy it and it helps me immensely in riding my horse.
